  1. Open Run on your Windows PC
  2. When you see a dialogue box, simply type the following command and press the Enter key on your keyboard
    taskschd.msc
  3. It will open Win Task Schedule utility 
  4. Navigate to Microsoft > Windows 
  5. Locate the Text Services Framework and open it
  6. Now click MSCTFMonitor option
  7. On the next page, you can easily disable CTF Loader.
